What you will do
- Design campaign creative across CRM (email), paid social, and landing pages from concept to final production
- Translate campaign objectives into clear concepts and scalable asset systems
- Build and optimize assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite ensuring production readiness
- Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines with proactive stakeholder communication
- Iterate on live creatives using feedback and performance insights
- Collaborate with other designers to maintain brand consistency across markets
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Portugal or Germany (Lisbon/Berlin hubs)
- 2–6+ years of design experience with a strong campaign portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI usage
- Strong skills in layout, typography, and composition within brand systems
- Experience delivering channel- and performance-aware assets
- Clear communication skills to explain design choices and iteration plans
Nice to have
- Motion or lightweight animation skills (After Effects)
- Experience with advertising-style campaign thinking
- Comfort working with performance teams and using insights to iterate
- Thoughtful use of AI tools to speed up exploration
