What you will do

• Create, present, and work with stakeholders to execute creative concepts that perform.
• Partner with field and events teams to ensure strong, on-brand presence at user conferences, events, and tradeshows.
• Share creative ideas with senior leaders and guide decisions with design expertise.
• Flex your skills across a range of projects, from t-shirts and swag to presentation decks and digital ads.
• Stretch creative wings on solo design work while also collaborating on bigger, cross-functional projects.
• Perform occasional off-hours duties around events and launches due to working across many time-zones.

Requirements

• 5 years of visual design experience, ideally in B2B startups.
• Strong design portfolio with a diverse range of projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira.
• Problem-solving skills with a solutions-first mindset.
• Organized and process-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
• Ability to occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to events and launches across multiple time zones.
