What you will do
- Resolve technical customer issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining virtual servers.
- Troubleshoot technical and billing concerns, and educate customers on products and processes.
- Recommend and sell products/services based on customer needs.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet departmental goals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience with an emphasis on technical support.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols (HTTP, DNS, FTP, SSH, RDP).
- Basic understanding of web hosting software (IIS and Apache).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in the Philadelphia office on a hybrid basis.
