What you will do

• Ship features to production from day one, owning real product surface area.
• Own problems and features end-to-end, from definition to deployment.
• Solve real user problems, including UX polish, backend logic, and customer interaction.

Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React or equivalent).
• Comfortable building backend services in Python.
• Experience integrating AI systems (LLMs, agents, model-backed APIs) into production products.
• Ability to reason about complex workflows.
• Must work on-site in London.
• Visa sponsorship is available for relocation to London.

Nice to have

• Founder or ex-founder experience.
