hirify.global is looking for a Cinematics Animator for their Roblox projects.

What you will do

• Animate cutscenes, story moments, and cinematic sequences using Roblox-compatible rigs.
• Translate scripts, storyboards, and rough animatics into polished, cinematic animation.
• Work with camera tools and staging inside Roblox Studio to achieve cinematic framing.
• Ensure characters convey strong performance, emotion, and body language within stylized Roblox proportions.
• Collaborate with the Lead Video Producer, Art Director and Narrative team to maintain consistency.
• Optimize sequences for performance and smooth playback in Roblox Studio.

Requirements

• Portfolio or reel showcasing cinematic animation (cutscenes, story moments, camera work, etc.).
• Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or equivalent 3D animation software.
• Strong understanding of film language, camera angles, staging, and timing.
• Familiarity with CFrame based rigs (R6, R15), and Skinned Mesh (FBX).
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice to have

• Previous experience creating cutscenes in Roblox Studio.
• Knowledge of lighting, VFX, and other cinematic-based properties in Roblox.
• Background in film, cinematography, or narrative-driven animation.
• Passion for blending gameplay with cinematic storytelling.
