What you will do
- Lead data analytics activities, gathering needs and proposing tailored solutions for various teams.
- Define and manage the data analytics roadmap aligned with studio priorities.
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data relevance, quality, and optimize data flows.
- Manage and mentor the data analytics team, supporting growth and best practices.
- Promote a strong data-driven culture and train teams on data tools and insights interpretation.
- Coordinate with Ubisoft data teams to share knowledge and align best practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Saint Mandé, France
- Proficient in SQL and Python (mandatory).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (mandatory).
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst in the video game industry (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (mandatory).
- Autonomous, proactive, with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Cloud experience, ideally Azure.
- Experience in Machine Learning and Big Data.
- Open to new approaches and sharing ideas.
