What you will do

• Create and maintain clear, useful dashboards and produce BI reports to facilitate decision-making.
• Support development, finance, marketing, and production teams by turning their needs into concrete solutions.
• Present analyses and make recommendations, guiding teams with clarity.
• Optimize queries and pipelines for fast, robust analyses, and automate processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.
• Design tracking plans with production teams including Designers, User Researchers, and Gameplay Programmers.
• Help evangelize data-driven processes with a user-centric approach.

Requirements

• Expertise in SQL.
• Knowledge of databases, ETL, and visualization tools (ideally PowerBI, Databricks).
• Experience handling large data volumes and solid statistical knowledge.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, collaborative mindset, and autonomy.
• English: Fluent required.

Nice to have

• Initial experience with Python and/or PySpark, strong Data Engineering skills.
• Familiarity with the video game environment.
