Senior Project Manager (Content & Operations)
Format: Full-time, remote
Compensation: $2,000–$2,500 base + performance bonus tied to process management quality

Mission
Ensure smooth content production end-to-end: from receiving a client brief to final publication. This role involves overseeing client communication, deadlines, team workload, and overall process alignment.

Responsibilities
* Build and maintain efficient project and process management workflows
* Oversee content production across writers, SMMs, and designers
* Handle professional client communication regarding materials, tasks, and deadlines
* Maintain and control content calendars for 3+ accounts
* Break down complex client and internal requests into clear tasks and manage timelines
* Proactively flag issues, blockers, and risks

You’re a good fit if
* You have 3+ years of experience in project and/or operations management
* Your English level is B2 or higher
* You’ve worked with content, marketing, or creative teams
* You’re confident communicating with clients and setting boundaries
* You can manage multiple parallel processes without losing focus or quality
* You take a structured approach to planning and deadlines
* You’re comfortable with follow-ups and escalation when needed
* Experience in crypto / Web3 is a plus

You’re not a good fit if
* You’re looking for a creative or SMM role
* You avoid responsibility for deadlines and decisions
* You’re not ready to defend the company’s position with clients
* You dislike follow-ups, pings, and execution control
* You’re frustrated by or uncomfortable with a high volume of chats and conversations
