What you will do

• Develop end-to-end marketing operations solutions aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
• Lead proposal and RFP response processes including requirement analysis, solution design, AI-driven technical identification, and pricing models.
• Partner with sales and business development teams to create commercial proposals and pricing strategies.
• Engage with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and ensure successful deal closure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, commercials, and transition teams for seamless delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform solution design.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mumbai, India.
• Experience at Manager/Senior Manager level in BPO/Outsourcing solution build environment (non-IT).
• Deep knowledge of marketing business processes and proficiency in marketing technologies, CRM, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
• Expertise in digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
• Knowledge of generative AI applications in marketing and strong understanding of pricing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
