What you will do

• Create balancing and timeline documentation for live ops.
• Balance economy and monetization systems in Live Ops.
• Follow up with analytics and real-time data to track user progress.
• Deploy and monitor A/B tests to continuously improve the game’s live ops cycle.

Requirements

• Passion for games and intuitive sense for fun.
• Excellent communication and team-playing skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market.
• At least one full release cycle on mobile free-to-play as Senior Game Designer.
• 5+ years experience in game design, including 2+ years on a live game.
• Advanced knowledge of economy design, systems design, and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
