Our experienced development team with over 10 years of expertise is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our core product team. You’ll work on production-grade, intelligent ML systems — not MVPs or lab prototypes. Real impact, full ownership, no bureaucracy.

Обязанности
- Design and develop human-like, action-level chatbots that initiate and execute user workflows (e.g., data collection, triggering processes, completing tasks)
- Build a context-aware translation system that preserves meaning, tone, and style
- Lead experiments and deploy NLP features with measurable impact and high stability
- Ensure smooth interaction between ML components and backend services
- Own the full ML feature lifecycle — from data & experimentation to deployment & monitoring

Требования
- 3+ years of Python development
- Experience with production-grade services and Web/API dev (REST, logging, observability)
- Strong skills in Pandas, NumPy, SQL
- 1+ year of real ML experience in NLP or CV
- Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, Hugging Face
- Understanding of deployment and monitoring practices
- Familiarity with LLMs: prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, backend integration
- Experience building chatbots that perform real actions, not just support answers

Будет плюсом
- PyTorch, SciPy, OpenCV, Matplotlib, LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Docker, NoSQL, or vector DBs (Weaviate, PGVector, Milvus)
- Basic JavaScript for integrating ML services
- Experience with diffusion-based image generation (Flux, LoRA, optimization)
- LLM evaluation frameworks (offline/online harnesses, A/B testing)
- Experience with multimodal models (text↔image, vision-language)
