What you will do
- Manage and administer IT cloud systems, including implementation and advanced troubleshooting (L2 & L3).
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and administration of enterprise patch management platforms.
- Track and remediate operating system and application vulnerabilities in accordance with SLAs.
- Conduct patch impact assessments, testing, and phased rollout plans.
- Oversee Microsoft Azure services, other cloud providers, and Intune MDM for various endpoints.
- Monitor and report patch compliance status, vulnerability trends, and remediation progress.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Information Technology or a relevant degree.
- 2-5 years’ experience in a Systems Administration or relevant position.
- Deep understanding of Security Hardening & Patch Management, Cloud Systems Management (Azure), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Windows & macOS, and Microsoft 365 Products.
- Scripting skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to cope with stress, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools and applications.
- Experience with patching third-party applications (e.g., ManageEngine, Patch My PC).
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7).
- Understanding of common security frameworks and standards (CIS Benchmarks, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, SOC2).
