What you will do

• Support the full employee lifecycle across multiple countries, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and support benefits administration.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Be a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support engagement initiatives.
• Assist with performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Ops, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating payroll and working with external providers.
• Familiarity with Spanish labor regulations and comfortable working with HRIS and digital tools.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (daily working languages).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
