What you will do

• Define the test strategy, approach, planning, and acceptance criteria for product releases.
• Coordinate day-to-day testing activities, including prioritization, defect review, and stakeholder interaction.
• Monitor and control test case design and execution, user story testing status, and pre-release bug tracking.
• Oversee automation test cycles, prepare release metrics and KPIs, and mentor the testing team.
• Understand the entire platform functionality to detect problems and inconsistencies during new story design and analysis.
• Actively contribute to testing activities (execute end-to-end scenarios) and provide the final view on product quality.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively address IT, telco, product, and business experts.
• Ability to abstract complex solutions and provide clear direction to various involved teams to reach the needed quality level.
• Skill in properly balancing QA activity across the team to achieve an overall quality level.
• Willingness to dig into content to gain a global view of the product.
• Excellent discipline to define and consistently apply the proper test strategy and approach throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mastery of typical testing tools like Atlassian Zephyr, Jira, and Postman, with a technical background in database and web service testing.
