What you will do
- Define the test strategy, approach, means, planning, and quality level for product go-live.
- Coordinate day-to-day testing activities including prioritization of test executions, defect review, and stakeholder interaction.
- Administer Jira and Confluence to track all phases of the testing process, including test cases, user stories, and automation cycles.
- Track pre-release bugs, prioritize blockers, and verify fixes.
- Mentor the testing team and distribute tasks.
- Actively contribute to testing activities (execute end-to-end scenarios) and provide the final view of end-to-end product quality.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to address IT, telco, product, and business experts.
- Ability to abstract complex solutions and give clear direction to various teams to reach the needed quality level.
- Excellent discipline to define and consistently apply the proper test strategy throughout the product lifecycle.
- Mastery of typical testing tools such as Atlassian Zephyr, Jira, and Postman.
- Solid technical background including the ability to extract data from a database and perform web service testing.
- Work format: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria.
