hirify.global is seeking a Product Analyst to join their Trust and Safety Team.

What you will do

• Analyze user behavior related to trust and safety incidents, including reports, blocks, fraud, and abuse.
• Identify weak points in the safety funnel and support development of prevention, detection, and resolution mechanisms.
• Evaluate the impact of product and policy changes on user safety and platform integrity.
• Design and analyze A/B tests for safety features, verification flows, and enforcement mechanisms.
• Collaborate with product, legal, operations, and risk teams to align data insights with compliance and safety goals.
• Build dashboards and monitoring tools to track key safety metrics across user journeys.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in product analytics, risk analytics, or a similar domain.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and sensitive datasets.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Understanding of safety-related product flows such as verification, moderation, and abuse prevention.
• Experience with A/B testing and evaluation of complex multistep funnels.
• Ability to communicate findings to cross-functional teams, including legal and risk.
