What you will do

• Design and implement local growth strategies, including geo-expansion, unit economics, and vertical launches.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives tailored to the Nigerian market, ensuring adoption and ROI.
• Build and manage high-impact strategic relationships with local fleets, enterprises, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams on local initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs using tools like SQL or Tableau, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes.
• Act decisively in complex and ambiguous environments, navigating competitive, regulatory, and operational challenges.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles (tech, mobility, or logistics sectors preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of delivering results, not just ideas.
• Highly autonomous and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
