TL;DR

Consultant (Strategy & Data Analytics): Ensures end-to-end traceability of executive decisions and strategic execution by building governance systems, trackers, and dashboards with an accent on goal alignment, RAID management, and delivery tracking. Focus on designing and maintaining ESG and Impact data models, developing efficient SQL, and performing impact analytics to support sustainability initiatives.

Location: Hybrid in Kazakhstan. Relocation package offered for candidates from other regions.

What you will do

• Maintain end-to-end decision and action traceability for top governance forums.
• Track execution of strategic initiatives, proactively surfacing risks and blockers.
• Maintain a live view of strategy, budget, and goal alignment, monitoring deviations.
• Own and improve lightweight governance tooling, ensuring audit-ready reporting.
• Design and maintain ESG and Impact data models in BigQuery, supporting data pipelines, validation, and documentation.
• Perform impact analytics and assessment, building dashboards in Tableau or Looker Studio.

Requirements

• Strong data analytics background with hands-on experience in building dashboards and analytical reports.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI required).
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2 or higher) required, both written and spoken.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across business, finance, and technology.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality, consistency, and actionable insights.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple analytical workstreams in parallel.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of ESG concepts and sustainability metrics.
• Experience with other BI tools beyond Power BI.
