What you will do

• Gain strong understanding of operational business flows to propose technical solutions meeting business and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and monitor support tickets, escalating to technical teams when needed.
• Participate in project implementations, including functional/technical analysis, testing, and go-live preparation.
• Administer, support, and maintain core banking and satellite applications (e.g., T24, Bobatools, Hypersuite).
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting enhancements, and implementing automation.
• Define, monitor, and maintain KPIs for system performance, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in an operational or application support role.
• Highly organised and autonomous, with strong priority management skills.
• Curious, solution-oriented, and interested in complex systems and problem-solving.
• Strong stress management skills, able to operate effectively in a demanding and time-sensitive environment.
