TL;DR

Salary: 6500-7500 EUR monthly gross (valid for Lithuania, for other locations it might be different)

What you will do

  • Define and own the analytics vision and roadmap for a new product, from early development to live operations.
  • Partner with Product, Game Design, Monetization, LiveOps, Marketing, and Publishing teams to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Analyze player behavior across the full lifecycle, including acquisition, progression, engagement, retention, and churn.
  • Drive monetization analytics: evaluate and optimize in-game economy, funnels, offers, pricing, and LiveOps events.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments across gameplay, economy, and monetization features.
  • Set analytical standards and mentor analysts, ensuring consistency and impact of analytics across the product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably on F2P or live-service game products.
  • Senior or leadership-level experience with proven impact on product and monetization decisions.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with large-scale, event-based datasets.
  • Solid experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of game KPIs, player lifecycle metrics, in-game economies, and monetization models.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working closely with Product, Game Design, Monetization, and LiveOps teams.
