What you will do

• Power insights for B2B growth by analyzing prospect conversion and marketing investments.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams.
• Build dashboards to track funnel health and campaign performance.
• Develop lead scoring models to surface opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover what drives results.
• Shape customer acquisition and conversion strategies through data.

Requirements

• Expertise in marketing and revenue analytics, with strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with CRM data (Salesforce preferred) and B2B sales funnels.
• Strong analytical intuition to connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of key marketing metrics (CAC, conversion rates, attribution).
• Proven ability to build dashboards/reports and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to manage data cleaning, debugging, and reporting infrastructure.
