What you will do

• Invent new methods beyond pattern matching to build creative reasoning and artistic decision-making.
• Build models that generalize and create across various mediums, including design, commercials, and storytelling.
• Develop bitter-lesson-aligned ML models for computational creativity.
• Access and utilize large GPU resources to test ideas and scale to superhuman creative capability.
• Collaborate with world-class artists to understand and encode human genius.
• Push AI beyond optimization to create new frontiers of what humans can imagine and create.

Requirements

• Ability to invent new methods from scratch, requiring deep knowledge of ML fundamentals (math, probability, optimization).
• PhD in Computer Science or Machine Learning preferred.
• Proven ability to advance the state of the art, evidenced by multiple peer-reviewed papers at top venues like NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or AAAI.
