What you will do

  • Lead data analytics activities, gathering needs and proposing tailored solutions for various teams.
  • Define and manage the data analytics roadmap aligned with studio priorities.
  • Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data relevance, quality, and optimize data flows.
  • Manage and mentor the data analytics team, promoting best practices and growth.
  • Promote a strong data-driven culture and train teams on data tools and insights interpretation.
  • Coordinate with Ubisoft data teams to share knowledge and align practices.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Saint Mandé, France with hybrid work attendance.
  • English and French language proficiency required.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Cloud experience, ideally Azure.
  • Previous data analyst experience in gaming or tech industry preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience in machine learning and big data.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ownership.
