What you will do

• Plan and own UX activities for assigned projects.
• Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and vendors to clarify requirements.
• Conduct user research, concept testing, and usability testing to gather feedback.
• Create and maintain UX artifacts such as personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure design alignment and support implementation.
• Ensure consistent application of design standards and build effective user interfaces.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE or able to work hybrid from there
• 3+ years experience as Product Designer, including 1+ year in-house full-time.
• Strong knowledge of product KPIs, UX principles, heuristics, and usability methodologies.
• Proven skills in wireframing, prototyping, and complex interaction design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate goals into design steps.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required
