Human Lab is looking for a Flutter developer who’s ready for a project-based cooperation. The project involves the development of a Flutter-based safety application for IoT wearables.

The application provides real-time GPS tracking via direct eSIM connectivity and is integrated with Azure cloud services. It is designed for mission-critical monitoring and user safety.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter and Dart
- Implement and support Bluetooth (BLE) workflows, including device discovery, pairing, connection, and data exchange with IoT devices
- Integrate real-time GPS tracking and background processing
- Integrate the application with Azure cloud services and backend APIs
- Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and designers

Requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial experience in Flutter development
- English B2+ (mandatory, daily communication with the team)
- Solid experience working with Bluetooth
- Understanding of real-time systems, location tracking, and background execution
- Knowledge of Dart and modern mobile application architecture
- Experience integrating APIs, managing state, and optimizing performance
- Based in Poland

Nice to have:
- Experience working with native mobile components (iOS / Android)
- Experience with wearable devices
