🚀 Flutter / Dart Engineer (Middle+ / Senior)
📍 Fully Remote | EU (Poland preferred)
At Satellite, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Flutter / Dart Engineer to join our Partner’s product team, with a strong focus on desktop application development (Windows / macOS).
Our Partner is building a care plan platform for modern veterinary hospitals, combining thoughtful UX with robust, scalable technology.
🧩 Position Details
Level: Middle+ / Senior
Format: Fully remote
Location: Poland or any other EU country
Employment:

Other EU regions — B2B
💻 What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining Flutter-based desktop applications using Dart (primary focus)
- Working closely with Product and Design teams to deliver scalable, intuitive desktop experiences
- Building new features end-to-end and improving existing functionality with performance and usability in mind
- Using AI tools thoughtfully to increase productivity and development speed — with a critical, responsible approach (definitely not a “vibe coder” mindset)
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong, hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, ideally on desktop platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Comfort working in a startup / fast-changing environment with evolving requirements
-Fluent English (spoken and written) — all communication and several interview stages are fully in English
- Willingness to use AI as a productivity tool, while applying engineering judgment and best practices
