Project Lead (Medical)

TL;DR

Project Lead (Medical): Managing the end-to-end rollout of a medical blueprint across local markets, overseeing prioritization, development, and implementation of global/local features, and ensuring analytics readiness and compliance. What you will do

• Manage multi-market rollout, maintain the master plan, and drive decisions and mitigation.
• Own the global/local backlog, write user stories, and coordinate discovery, development, QA, UAT, and releases.
• Facilitate governance cadence, publish agendas/minutes/actions, and escalate risks/issues promptly.
• Oversee UAT, manage defect triage, and ensure technical readiness.
• Align tagging plan, coordinate tag implementation and Datahub flows, and document configurations.
• Coordinate MLR reviews, maintain audit trails, and ensure consent/cookie and privacy configurations.

Requirements

• Digital Project Manager (DPM) experience for global Medical website redesign.
• Experience with AEM (authoring/publishing), consent/cookie tools, and tag management/analytics.
• Familiarity with Datahub and standard governance artifacts (RAID, RACI, status reports).
• Experience working independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills.
• Europe/UK core hours with flexibility for Americas/APAC.

Nice to have

• Experience in Project Management tools and working knowledge of latest technologies.
• Experience in SVN, Confluence, JIRA, Kanban boards or similar service management.
• Passion for networking and updating with the latest technology developments.
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues.
• Experience in Life-science organizations.
