What you will do

• Develop, manage, and maintain technical export documentation for the SAP CEE Team, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze and evaluate differences between global ERP templates and local/regional needs, providing adaptation recommendations.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other project stages for ERP and export solution implementation.
• Ensure compliance with local and regional legal, regulatory, and policy requirements in ERP- and export-related activities.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP and export system operations, acting as a key contact for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with BPOs, Group IT, and local management to ensure process adherence and monitor deviations.
• Establish and maintain a digital library of technical documentation with consistent templates and procedures.
• Proactively identify process improvements, enable process digitization, and support change management.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in ERP systems (SAP EWM, S/4HANA) and export documentation.
• Strong understanding of compliance with local and regional legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
• Experience in user support, troubleshooting, and system operations for ERP and export systems.
• Proven experience in developing and managing technical documentation libraries.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and content management systems.
• Knowledge of export compliance, customs regulations, and international trade documentation.
• Excellent written communication and technical writing skills.
• Fluent in English (C1 equivalent).
