What you will do

• Lead technical design and implementation of new full-stack features (backend services and frontend web applications).
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define product specifications and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.
• Review code, mentor team members, and promote best practices in testing, performance, and security.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and support production issue investigations and validations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Full-Stack engineering.
• 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Team Lead, managing and mentoring engineers.
• Experience developing robust, scalable microservices using NodeJS, TypeScript, and Python.
• Proficiency with React for building intuitive and high-performance user interfaces.
• Experience managing and optimizing data structures and queries in relational and NoSQL databases (ClickHouse, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elastic Cache for Redis, SQL).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and utilizing/contributing to DevOps infrastructure built on AWS/Azure.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and bug lifecycle, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and across teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
