What you will do
- Create and maintain animation systems for gameplay and cinematic content.
- Keep to project vision for best practices, methodologies used and quality benchmark.
- Work with the wider art, design and code teams to champion best technical practices.
- Provide constructive critique and solutions as part of reviews.
- Ability to self-motivate as-well-as motivate other members of the team.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Technical Animator on at least one published console title.
- Proven experience working within Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Strong Proficiency with character pipelines, animation systems and cinematics.
- Experience with procedural animation systems (Foot IK, Look-At, Realtime IK).
- Familiar with in-game animation processes and workflows.
- Experience in using version control systems.
Nice to have
- Experience working with MetaHuman.
- Experience with physics-based animation, chaos physics, ragdolls, cloth, hair.
