What you will do

• Develop and optimize Java backend services.
• Implement object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Work with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
• Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Utilize CI/CD and Git for efficient development workflows.
• Integrate and manage data with Kafka, Kubernetes, GraphQL Federation, and Azure Cloud.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java backend development.
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Terraform, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, GraphQL Federation, and Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in Git and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
• Knowledge in Azure Cloud.
• English proficiency level B2.
• Availability for remote work in Portugal (requires availability to relocate within Portugal).
