TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Ensuring successful business outcomes for customers through platform adoption and expansion, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Focus on integrating hirify.global solutions into customer business processes, tracking progress, and maintaining strong relationships.

Location: Must work in the office a minimum of three days per week in Tokyo, Japan

What you will do

  • Ensure successful business outcomes for customers, leading to retention and expansion.
  • Understand customer complexity and create paths for hirify.global platform adoption.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure alignment with their business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate hirify.global into customer processes for increased ROI.
  • Perform activities and data management to drive adoption and value.
  • Support Executive Business Reviews with Sales and Solution Engineers.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Service Management, preferably in a SaaS business model.
  • Demonstrated consulting and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint technology.
  • Must be located in Tokyo, Japan and work in the office a minimum of three days per week
