What you will do
- Ensure successful business outcomes for customers, leading to retention and expansion.
- Understand customer complexity and create paths for hirify.global platform adoption.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure alignment with their business needs.
- Identify opportunities to integrate hirify.global into customer processes for increased ROI.
- Perform activities and data management to drive adoption and value.
- Support Executive Business Reviews with Sales and Solution Engineers.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Service Management, preferably in a SaaS business model.
- Demonstrated consulting and project management skills.
- Working knowledge of endpoint technology.
- Must be located in Tokyo, Japan and work in the office a minimum of three days per week
