• Build agents and workflows that enable unique, tailored experiences for insurance use cases.
• Enable insurance professionals to move 10x faster and unlock major efficiency gains.
• Code across the stack and comfortably work in different languages and platforms.
• Partner with Product, GTM, Design, and Marketing teams, and directly interface with end-users.
• Thrive with high velocity and ownership in an ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• Full stack engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI stacks (LLMs, VLMs, ASR / TTS, vector stores, orchestration, evals).
• Pragmatic understanding of trade-offs across latency, cost, reliability, and safety.
• Ability to map out complex customer workflows and deploy end-to-end custom builds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
