What you will do

• Design, develop, and integrate backend services supporting the Foundation Data Model and Common Management Tools (CMT) using C# and .NET Core.
• Implement and configure a unified Single Authentication Entry Point across HCM products, adhering to enterprise identity standards.
• Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using SAML, SSO, and identity providers such as Okta.
• Develop and maintain user interface components for the Common Administration Console using Angular.
• Integrate messaging queues and event-driven components using RabbitMQ to ensure reliable inter-service communication.
• Utilize search and logging platforms such as Elastic to enhance observability, monitoring, and system diagnostics.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft stack.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and platform engineering principles.
• Experience working with enterprise identity and access management solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and provide technical mentorship during migration initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex, evolving environments.
