What you will do

• Respond to and resolve complex Integrated Payments issues escalated from lower tiers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to partners for resolution.
• Document phone conversations and manage Stripe Terminal card reader orders/returns.
• Notify merchants of disputes, write chargeback rebuttals, and gather evidence.
• Review approved applications, verify pricing, and assist Underwriting/Risk teams with documentation.
• Help develop and implement standard practices and procedures for the knowledge base.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Support role.
• Skilled in using CRM systems such as Zendesk and Hubspot.
• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, patiently, and with empathy.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Work format: Hybrid in Houston, Texas
• English: B2 required

• Experience with Stripe or other payment gateways and processors.
