Salary: $108,000–$172,800 (annual base salary)

What you will do

• Design and implement analog/mixed-signal circuits in advanced CMOS technology for system-on-chip products.
• Develop and improve new and existing circuit solutions, simulate circuits, and provide technical feedback.
• Design, model, and document Analog IP for internal customers, including creating specs and circuit models.
• Characterize and debug analog designs for manufacturability, develop test plans, and perform QA.
• Support system and field applications engineers and understand system-level architectural design of broadband communication SoCs.
• Collaborate with team members, share expertise, and resolve technical issues to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• BSEE with 8+ years, MSEE with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of experience.
• Onsite presence required in Irvine, CA, USA.
• Transistor-level analog circuit design skills and knowledge of CMOS device operating regions.
• Familiarity with common CMOS analog circuit topologies, especially at 1 GHz and above.
• Knowledge of analog circuit design trade-offs (noise, distortion, frequency-response, bandwidth, stability).
• Experience with continuous-time & discrete-time signal processing, analog filters, ADCs, DACs, and feedback control loops.
• Proficiency with transistor-level simulation tools, custom layout tools, and lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer).
• Experience with physical layout of CMOS circuits and system-level analog design including modeling behavioral operation (e.g., Matlab or VerilogA).
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
