Ux/Ui Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

UX/UI Designer (Fintech): Working on two apps, Finanzen100 Broker and Currency Converter, contributing to UX and design for our products as well as strategic plans for our product marketing initiatives. Focus on creating user-friendly applications from complex information.

Location: Sunny office located in the center of Bari with flexible working hours and hybrid work.

What you will do

• Develop interactive prototypes to evaluate UX hypotheses.
• Contribute to UX and design for our products as well as strategic plans for our product marketing initiatives in-product and on social media and other external channels.
• Contribute to task tickets in the Scrum process for our developers and use them to create user stories, acceptance criteria and Minimum Viable Products (MVP).
• Participate in the quarterly plannings, sprint reviews and sprint plannings.
• Interpret user data (e.g. usability tests, A/B tests, JTBD) and derive the right conclusions from them.

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• You have knowledge of common programs such as FIGMA or Sketch, Adobe XD as well as prototyping and agile tools (white board tools such as Mural or Miro).
• You may have knowledge of the Jira tool so that you can get into our Scrum process more easily.
• Graphic expertise and a very good feeling for UX and joy of use to translate topics into understandable visual content.
• Independent and team-oriented work.
• You communicate professionally, openly and clearly on different levels of English.
