Senior Frontend Engineer (React): Building and optimizing a robust comparative rater for an insurance platform with an accent on user experience, speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Location: Remote or onsite in Warsaw. Occasional evening meetings may be necessary due to multinational teams across time zones.

Salary: 26,000–32,000 PLN + VAT (B2B) or equivalent on employment contract.

What you will do

• Cooperate closely with Product Manager and designers to define and implement new features.
• Actively engage with the development team to contribute to technical initiatives and share knowledge.
• Write clean, maintainable code adhering to industry best practices, including documentation and testing.
• Have a tangible impact on project direction and overall business goals.
• Build a powerful, modern platform from the ground up in a pure greenfield project.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience with React.
• Skilled in modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, frontend tools and bundlers.
• Ability to engage in discussions and decisions regarding software design and architecture.
• Readiness to learn and expand skillset.
• Independent problem solver and excellent team player.
• Good command of Polish and English (written & spoken).
• Available in the afternoons for occasional evening meetings necessary for multinational teams across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience and willingness to work with Node.js and server-side.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Start-up experience.
