Salary: up to 165 PLN net/h (up to 12936 PLN monthly)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Own frontend features end-to-end, from technical design through development, testing, and production rollout.
• Translate product and UX requirements into maintainable, accessible UI components.
• Optimize frontend performance and reliability for complex user flows and data-heavy interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to integrate APIs and data services.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to improving frontend standards and architecture.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack development with a strong frontend focus.
• Deep expertise in React and Next.js, including component-driven development and modern frontend patterns.
• Strong understanding of state management, client-side performance, and scalable UI architecture.
• Proficient in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches.
• Able to deliver high-quality solutions and effectively solve complex technical problems.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js App Router, server/client components, and modern data-fetching techniques.
• Background in creating design systems or reusable component libraries.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend build tools.
• Familiarity with containerized or cloud-hosted environments.
• Experience with SaaS or data-intensive applications.
