What you will do

• Provide administrative and analytical support for the Compliance Team, prioritizing and completing KYC reviews.
• Review KYC documentation, assess risk profiles, and communicate professionally with clients to obtain EDD information.
• Support internal compliance projects and assist in creating and delivering Financial Crimes Compliance training.
• Develop AML knowledge and investigative skills, utilizing blockchain analytical tools for investigations.
• Assist with advanced blockchain investigations and maintain industry relationships to share best practices.
• Continuously self-develop knowledge of blockchain technology, virtual currencies, and financial crime modus operandi.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical or investigative function.
• Introductory level AML experience including customer and enhanced due diligence (CDD/EDD), and AML/CTF/Sanctions Investigations.
• Advanced knowledge of blockchain technology.
• Native Spanish language skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and confidence in making decisions.
