Location: hirify.global São Paulo Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

What you will do

• Safeguard hirify.global and client relationships from financial crime risks such as money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud.
• Perform anti-financial crime checks as part of the hirify.global Onboarding process for corporate clients.
• Conduct comprehensive CDD and EDD checks, including KYC processes and analysis of ownership structures and financial statements.
• Identify red flags and financial crime risk exposure, escalating to Compliance and Senior Management as needed.
• Manage a personal portfolio of onboarding cases and proactively follow up with clients and sales representatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience conducting CDD and EDD with individuals and corporate clients in Brazil and/or LATAM.
• Fluency in English/Portuguese or other languages.
• Knowledge of red flags and financial crime typologies in the payments and FX space.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in a team.

Nice to have

• Experience of direct client contact within financial services is a plus.
