Junior IT Administrator

TL;DR

Junior IT Administrator: Supporting and maintaining internal M365 services and endpoints with an accent on M365 administration, user management, and security. Focus on automating tasks using scripting and participating in IT initiatives.

Location: Hybrid work model – remote mixed with working from the office – 2 days/per week in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: 2000 – 2400 Eur/month

What you will do

• Manage and support the M365 stack, including Exchange, Entra, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Compliance tools.
• Handle endpoint management using Intune.
• Automate tasks and enhance efficiency with PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Manage user lifecycle across M365 and other third-party systems.
• Assist with access management and ensure data security best practices.
• Participate in project management activities and improve IT systems.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of IT systems (hands-on experience in M365 is an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Basic understanding of making and managing API calls to integrate systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
