What you will do

• Deploy, integrate, and optimize hirify.global technology across network, cloud, OT, and email environments.
• Lead and advise key customers on security infrastructure design and planning.
• Complete deployment projects within Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and integrate new systems.
• Manage customer support tickets for technical issues and proactively maintain deployments.
• Maintain communication with go-to-market teams including sales, customer success, and operations.

Requirements

• Technical educational background or experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer.
• Strong understanding of computer networking protocols (LAN, WAN), cybersecurity principles, and the OSI reference model.
• Familiarity with network, cloud, and OT architecture design principles and best practices.
• Foundational knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks.
• Legal authorization to work in the USA is required.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing hirify.global sensors and software modules into various environments.
• Experience with hirify.global deployment options, integrations, and response enablement and tuning.
