What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy complex machine learning models, ensuring high quality, performance, and scalability.
• Design and manage robust MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, monitoring, and model retraining.
• Act as a technical expert for complex, non-routine machine learning challenges.
• Customise, optimise, re-train, and maintain existing models.
• Deploy models into production, testing and assuring them to meet performance requirements.
• Integrate models with existing systems and ensure their safety, security, and effectiveness in live products.

Requirements

• Broad technical expertise in machine learning, algorithms, frameworks, and best practices.
• Subject matter expert in generative AI research and emerging technology monitoring.
• Deliver complex, high-risk proofs of concept for new AI applications.
• Apply a range of data science techniques to support model development.
• Proven experience in building, deploying, and managing complex machine learning models.
• Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance, requiring the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and continuous UK residency for 5+ years.
