What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.
• Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality, and share knowledge.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends, contribute to technology communities, and foster technical excellence.
• Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
• Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong C# .NET programming experience for scalable enterprise solutions.
• Ability to understand complex distributed systems with a large number of interacting components.
• Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with tools such as Gitlab Duo, Agile methodologies, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be based in Prague.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Redis.
• Familiarity with Python programming language and gRPC.
• Experience in middleware or caching technology for client-server environments, such as Solace or Kafka.
