What you will do

• Serve as an advocate for customer and data insights within the organization.
• Utilize advanced machine learning techniques to analyze and predict customer behavior.
• Create and maintain churn models and recommendation systems.
• Predict, experiment, and perform statistical hypothesis testing such as A/B testing.
• Enhance understanding of necessary data and data sources in customer analytics.
• Build datasets and generate reports from structured and unstructured data for organizational use.
• Lead projects and collaborate with other units to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Data Science and Data Engineering.
• Passion for working with numbers and leveraging large amounts of data for business decisions.
• Proven work experience in an analytical, actuarial, or data science position.
• Degree in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or IT.
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Python.
• English: C1 fluency required, with the ability to understand one of the Baltic languages.
