What you will do

• Support operational activities in data protection, information security, and AI security.
• Prepare decision-making bases and assist in the creation and revision of documents and presentations.
• Assist in the documentation, processing, and tracking of measures.
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of phishing simulations.
• Help set up and maintain an integrated risk management system.
• Support audit preparation and internal reviews.

Requirements

• Current studies in computer science, security management, economics, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
• Confident use of MS Office applications.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
• Ability to work in a team in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of data protection in accordance with GDPR.
• Basic knowledge of information security guidelines/standards (e.g., NIS2, ISO 27001).
• Basic knowledge of regulatory developments in the field of AI.
