TL;DR
Senior Engineer II, Sensor SDET (Cybersecurity): Building and optimizing testing strategies and automation for an endpoint cybersecurity product embedded deeply into operating systems with an accent on security, performance, and testability. Focus on designing and developing efficient test plans, automating test processes for speed and scalability, and identifying subtle interactions in complex multi-threaded kernel code.
Location: Hybrid role based out of our offices in Redmond, WA, Sunnyvale, CA, or Austin, TX, with an expectation of being in the office at least 2 days per week.
Salary: $160,000–$250,000 per year

Requirements
- Knowledge in Window/macOS/Linux OS internals and debugging tools.
- Demonstrated ability to write high-quality C, C++, and Python code.
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop efficient test strategies and test plans.
- Demonstrated ability to develop automated test cases, increased test coverage, reduced test time.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins and OS specific performance analysis tools.
- Experience in testing low-level system internals that lead to memory usage, contention and performance.
- Team player with demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a globally distributed team.
