🚀 Chief Financial Officer | Remote 🚀

We’re looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, investor relations, and growth operations as we move into the next fundraising stage. You’ll own the company’s financial engine, from capital strategy and fundraising to compliance and revenue optimization, working closely with founders and leadership.

✔️ About the Role and the Project:
You’ll be responsible for shaping financial models, optimizing capital efficiency, and ensuring full transparency across fiat and crypto assets. The role involves building scalable systems for $1M+ monthly revenue, managing investor communication, and driving confidence across upcoming fundraising rounds. The company is a next-generation crypto neobank built on Solana, offering a seamless experience to borrow, earn, and spend digital assets through our credit card, savings hub, and trading ecosystem.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all financial operations — FP&A, treasury, accounting, and reporting
• Drive fundraising strategy (equity, venture debt, token capital) and investor relations
• Build and manage financial models, forecasts, and valuations
• Oversee liquidity, risk management, and compliance for fiat and crypto flows
• Coordinate with legal and product teams on token and membership economics
• Recruit and lead finance and compliance staff as the company scales
• Report directly to the CEO and collaborate across teams

✔️ Key Qualifications:
• Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus)
• Proven record raising $10M+ for fintech or crypto startups (Seed → Series A+)
• Experience managing $1M+ monthly revenue and scaling operations
• Background in a VC-backed startup in the US or Europe
• Deep understanding of fintech, DeFi, Web3, and payments infrastructure
• Strong financial modeling, investor communication, and cap table management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Hands-on, strategic leader comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
