What you will do

• Concept, design, and scale motion and static creative across paid media, social channels, and lifecycle marketing.
• Develop short-form videos, motion graphics, animations, interactive assets, and static designs optimized for paid social, display, and experimentation frameworks.
• Integrate AI tools into the creative workflow to improve speed and throughput.
• Build scalable templates, modular design systems, and automated creative pipelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, lifecycle, product, and creative teams to translate insights into compelling visual storytelling.
• Test, iterate, and optimize creatives based on performance data and experimentation results.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in motion design, graphic design, or visual storytelling (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion, animation, and static visual design across growth and brand channels.
• Experience with performance-driven creative, including paid social, YouTube, display, and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and enthusiasm for building new workflows and systems.
• Ability to create and maintain scalable design frameworks (templates, libraries, automation pipelines).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and relevant plugins.
